Why should we attend? Not that we are too fixed on ‘goals’, but we thought we would outline a few ideas setting up the theme of the event and expanding on the ‘Soul to Soul’ theme that runs through the international retreats. We will spend some time cultivating our connection in a mindful way to the senses, which can reveal the deeper secrets and hidden connections in the natural environment. By being aware of the little divine winks that Nature has for us, we can learn how to live in harmony with ourselves, our community and our environment. |

When the saint comes back in Nepal after 20 years of penance in the Himalayas and after teaching Meditation in more than 22 countries

Accomodation
We have a mix of accommodation inside and also camping in tents for those interested.
The Lodge - 4 x Queen Rooms, 2 x 7 Person Dormitory (Male/Female)
Camping - 5 Extra large camping tents that can fit 5 or 6 people.
We kindly ask that those who are able to bring their own linen (sheets) to do so. W will confirm closer to the date.
Food
In order to keep costs down, we will be sorting food out ourselves by taking turns to cook and clean in collectivity. This will also be a great opportunity to share a meal if you would like, so we can plan things closer to the date to ensure that I pick up the correct ingredients.
Travel
We are located at 31 Wartook Rise, Wartook, Victoria 3401. Driving is the easiest option and is very scenic. At night time the kangaroos come out onto the road so try to arrive before it gets dark. There is also public transport to within 30 mins, we can then send someone to come and get you. A map and more detailed instructions will be included closer to the event.
International Participants
I suggest that the best option is to coordinate hiring a car in groups at the airport, or to arrange a lift with some friends as it will be useful if you are here for the ‘extended’ option as we will then be able to visit some local sights.
