Himalayan Meditation - Singapore


​Himalayan Meditation, previously also known as Samarpan Meditation, was set up in Singapore in 2005. Home to Inner Peace is the centre for meditation, where meditators meditate together for inner peace, beyond the realms of religion, age, gender or caste. We conduct free introduction to meditation workshops, weekly group meditation sessions and outdoor meditation sessions to bring this simple technique to the people of Singapore.
Daily Silent Meditation:
6:20 PM - 6:50 PM (except Saturdays and Sundays)

Weekly Group Meditation: 
6:00 PM - 6:45 PM on Saturdays
