Samarpan Meditation is the simplest method of Meditation. there is no Yoga, no breathing and no special dress or eating code for this, you are welcome as you are irrespective of any nationality or any religion. I had many wonderful experience practicing Samarpan Meditation and suggest everyone should try this and follow this method of simple meditation. Also there is a wrong notion about meditation that you have to leave the vices and etc before joining here. Actually its not so - you are welcome as you are and only need to add one more thing in you daily routine, 30 minuites of meditation. |

In my personal opinion :- why do I come to Samarpan Meditation?
1. Meditation, understanding what is meditation. 2. How to Meditate. 3. Why people practice Meditation. 4. Personally to experience Meditation. After joining SAMARPAN MEDITATION. Everyday, We received messages, emails etc from our GURUDEV. He advised us, encouraged, reminded us to practice MEDITATION, Mediate regularly at least once a Day, at least 30 mins a Day. GOOD to practice twice a Day. So to me the message is MEDITATION. Meditation is the core of SAMARPAN MEDITATION, and is the pure wish of our GURU that all SADHAKS practice meditation and continue to Meditate, Mediate and Mediate. Our Guru had never ask for anything more. His purpose of this visit is also related to Meditation. Hence, we should be straight forward. Jai Baba Swami, just sharing my thought. ️ |

“I had never thought of meditation. I just followed my husband. Initially, I thought I was forced into it as your body and mind fights back. But I slowly realised and noticed the positive changes in me.... My soul became my guide especially when I was wrong somewhere. I also experience peace within and have become a much happier person. I know Swamiji is there to take care of everything.” |
“The biggest benefit after I practiced meditation for 10 years is that I am able to dwell in my inner space to rest, rejuvenate, to seek for advice or wisdom whenever I need to. I no longer depend on outside source for my support or happiness. I have finally found my inner peace, which is untouchable by the world.” – Doreen, 46, Freelancer |
"Meditation has brought me on an internal journey towards who I am and my purpose in this life. I feel like I have finally come home."– Lavanya, 27, Copywriter “For the past 25 years, I felt like something was missing in my life and I went searching for it. Then, one day, I was introduced to Samarpan Meditation. On my first visit to the centre, I instantly felt like I had found my home. I had found that missing part. I now lead a balanced life and the most important thing–I don’t need a reason to be happy, I feel blissful every day.” |

I am a three times heart attack survivor. While
living in Montreal, Canada, for a number of years, I was searching for a meditation
practice that was near to my house and also that did not charge money.
One day, a couple, who were my neighbours, walked into my house, introduced me to Samarpan Meditation and told me to come and meditate with them every Thursday at their house which was also a Meditation Centre. And that’s how I started with Samarpan Meditation in early 2009. I did not know much about meditation, or the chakras or the aura or energies!! I was told that Samarpan Meditation is all about experiences (ie anubuthi or spiritual experiences) And sure enough, I experienced this for the first time, on the 6th day, during an 8 day video workshop. Then my life changed. That first experience inspired me to continue with my regular meditations and since then I have had many more spiritual experiences! If somebody had told me that meditation was so much fun, I would have started it much earlier! The inner journey is much more exciting and wondrous than any other journey that I have taken before. I loved travelling to different places, and this urge to travel ended when the inner journey began. It seems that I was running around the world looking for myself. And now, with Samarpan Meditation and with my Guru’s Grace, I have found my authentic ME. “….. a little side story. On Sunday, during Group Meditation, I was thinking that we had forgotten to light the incense cone. Then, starting very subtly and slowly, the fragrance of incense whirled around me. And with it a message… don’t worry about the incense or any other prop used…. just meditate, only meditate….” Soooo shiok-lah!!!! |

I attended an 8 Days Video Workshop in 2011. The sadhika who took me to the workshop said, “Have full faith”. And so I went daily with full faith. The first 4 days were not easy as this was the first time I was attending this workshop and I was not used to sitting on the floor for 2 hours. Every night, when I went home after the workshop, my children noticed a positive difference in me and that encouraged me to continue attending the workshop. My children, who knew that I was claustrophobic, wondered how I could get into a lift and go to the residence where the workshop was being held, which was on the 6th Floor!!
With time, I overcame the tragic loss of my husband and I could only do this with regular Samarpan Meditation and Swamiji’s Grace. I have become very accepting of all the events and issues that have happened and are happening in my life. " ....a little story……. “For Gurupurnima 2015, I wished to make chapatti from scratch to serve Swamiji during the celebrations. Usually we just use the readymade chappattis but now I wished to make it from scratch. I bought good chappatti flour and mentally made sure I had everything ready. The night before Gurupurnima, I realised I didn’t have a rolling pin! So sad! So I thought, ok, I’ll just have to serve the readymade ones and apologized to Swamiji. That night, in my dreams, Swamiji showed me where I had kept the rolling pin! In the morning, when I checked the cupboard he had showed me, lo and behold, the rolling pin was there!! We had a beautiful Gurupurnima celebration in Kuantan!! That day it rained, after 3 months of a dry spell. ” |

My father’s untimely passing away was a shock to my system. I withdrew into myself and rarely smiled. This caused much worry to my family and friends.
Then, one day in 2011, I followed my mum to an 8Days Samarpan Meditation Video Workshop. After that first day, I experienced great emotional and mental relief. The confusion was gone and I felt I could focus for the first time after my father’s passing. With regular Samarpan Meditation, I feel that whatever I wish for, takes place, sooner or later. I completely surrender every issue to Swamiji. I no longer think about problems and issues. I have faith that everything will be taken care of by Swamiji. And so it is. |
