Please find below some important info and answers to some of the frequently asked questions.
  • Cost & Registration process : 
    • Last date of registration is 25 October 2024
    • ​The cost of the event is SGD 1000 per person on twin sharing basis, and SGD 1270 per person without sharing the room.
    • Child above age of 6 pays full cost.
    • For child below 6 years, cost is SGD 500 and child will be in same room with parents without additional bed.
    • You can register online using following links.
    • Your registration will be treated complete only after payment is successful in from above apps.
    • Once your registration is complete you shall be added to WhatsApp group of Confirmed Participants for further updates.

  • Payment Options (once you reach payment page on the registration process):
    • Cash on Delivery: You can select this option if you intend to pay once you reach in Singapore, for this option you need to have confirmed air ticket and to be presented and discussed in whastapp  group https://chat.whatsapp.com/Cv942sfeh3UHMkGAuvqDCz
    • PayNow: For Singapore
    • Paypal: Worldwide except India.
    • Stripe: Worldwide including India (except certain sensitive countries)
      • Please ensure that your card is enabled for International transactions and limit is set to cover the booking amount.
    • Bank Transfer: India/Others.
      • Send money to the Singapore Bank Account shown on checkout page and then upload receipt.
      • Please note that you shall bear the transfer fees for this method.
      • Before adding payee make sure that your TPT (Third Party Transfer) limit is sufficient so that you can make payment in one go.
  • Inclusions:
    • 4 Days / 3 nights accommodation with breakfast at Hotel Boss in Singapore.
    • Grand Evening Birthday Dinner at Cassia Ballroom Marina Bay Sands.
    • Public Event Discourse at Marina Bay Sands.
    • Several meditators-only events with H.H. Swamiji and H.H. Guruma.
    • Lunch & Dinner and transfer from hotel to & fro from event venue in Coach bus
  • Exclusions:
    • Cost of Singapore Tourist Visa
    • Airfares & airport transfers
    • Travel Insurance
    • Expenses of personal nature such as tips, telephone calls, laundry, etc.
    • Anything which is not specified in Inclusions
    • Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
    • Rates are subject to availability at time of confirmation
  • Are kids allowed to attend the event
    • If your child can sit calm without causing disturbance they shall be allowed in the event hall.
    • In other cases parent can sit at the back with the kid and will need to manage them.
  • Accommodations & Arrival/Departure timing:
    • This is an in-person event in Singapore, registered participants will be staying at "Boss hotel" in Singapore on twin sharing basis.
    • Check in time is 3 PM on 7 November 2024 and check out will be at 12 PM on 10 November 2024
    • Arrival: please plan to reach "Boss Hotel" in Singapore well before check in time on 7th November to facilitate smooth check in for our group.
    • Departure: Program will conclude on 9 November evening, your accommodation is booked till 10 November morning. Earliest you can depart is from 9th November night. Plan your return tickets accordingly. 
  • How do I reach to Boss Hotel from Singapore Airport
    • Airport transfers are NOT included and you shall need to reach hotel on your own using public transport or taxi.

    • Nearest MRT: Lavender MRT Station (EW11), 10 min walk.

  • Will we be allowed to come early or stay late?
    • Singapore is a major Tourist attraction, you may come early and stay after the event and take tour of Singapore.
    • You shall need to book your own stay with hotel separately prior to or after the event dates.
    • With regards to Singapore Tourist attractions please visit Singapore Tourism Board website www.visitsingapore.com
  • Can I join program only for one of the day?
    • No, this is a residential event all participants to check-in and check-out as mentioned above.
  • Indian Sadhaks asking expected total expense to attend this program.
    • If you are coming only to attend the program then following expenses are required.
      • Program Expenses: approx. INR 67000
      • Visa Charges: approx. INR 4,000
      • Flight Charges: approx. INR 30,000
      • Travel Insurance: approx. INR 1,000
      • Others: approx. INR 5,000
    • If you intend to tour Singapore before/after the event you need to consider 
      • Entry tickets to various tourist attractions in Singapore
      • Hotel/Food/Transport for your extra days.

  • Visa Related
    • Considering time constraints Singapore team will be helping to process your visa's now if you have confirmed ticket and registered.
    • Indian citizen needs visa to enter Singapore. 
    • American / European / UK / German / Australia citizens do not need visa to enter Singapore.

    • Please apply for visa through your country travel agents in advance if you need one to come to Singapore.

    • Buy travel insurance
    • Have some SGD handy, you may exchange in Singapore as well.
    • If carrying any prescription medicines, carry doctor's prescription as well. Note that cost of medical treatments in Singapore it very high.

  • Program schedule
    • Detailed program schedule will be released towards the date, below is indicative (proposed plan subject to change)
      • Day 1 (7th November) - Arrival in Singapore
        • As you arrive in Singapore, clear the immigration formalities at the Changi airport. Please make arrangements for self-transfer to your hotel. 
        • Evening program to be advised.
        • Overnight stay at your hotel.
      • Day 2 (8th November) - Singapore – Swamiji’s 70th Birthday at Marina bay Sands
        • Have your breakfast in the hotel, and then morning program to be advised. 
          Grand Evening Birthday Dinner at Marina Bay Sands along with Swamiji, Guruma and other invited VVIP’s.
        • Overnight stay back at your hotel. 
      • Day 3 (9th November) – Public event (Shivir)
        • Take your breakfast, and then morning program to be advised. 
        • Conclude the day with a public event discourse with H.H. Shree Shivkrupanand Swami at Marina Bay Sands. 
        • Overnight stay back at your hotel. 
      • Day 4 (10th November) - Singapore - Departure from Singapore
        • Take your breakfast, and then free and easy to visit the city or Singapore Gurushaktidham. 
        • Check out at 11 am and travel to Changi airport to fly back.
        • You may go early to the airport to visit JEWEL where the Rain Vortex, which is the world’s tallest indoor waterfall and stands at a height of 40 meters. Visitors can view the waterfall from multiple levels and even take an elevator to the top for a panoramic view.
  • How can do registration for entire family?
    • Add participants one by one and then make payment for the whole cart.
  • If we make a bank transfer for 3 persons, can we do total and attach the same proof against 3 different registrations ? Will that be okay ?
    • While booking you can add 3 persons and pay at once SGD 3000 for 3 of them.
  • If two person stay in one how much money should be deposited at time of Registration,.is it 1000 SGD OR 2000SGD? pl inform

  • Is Gurutattva team going to help with Visa & booking of air tickets in bulk ?
    • No
  • If we group together it will be easier for visa processing.
    • This you need to plan within your sadhak group who are travelling from same city/region.
  • Can Husband Wife stay together in Twin sharing rooms / How do I add preferred person to share room with ?
    • Yes,  just add name of the other person in "I can share my room with" field while booking respectively.
    • Husband booking - add wife's name in "I can share my room with" field
    • Wife booking - add husbands name in "I can share my room with" field
  • Can you share Chaitanya Mahotsava address:
    • Hotel address is already given above, Event venue address will be released to confirmed participants as we move ahead in the process.
  • Paying 3% extra is not reasonable for such a large group when we all r from india.
    • You may try using bank transfer option to reduce the cost.
  • If registration and payment completed but by chance visa not issued then what about payment?
    • Every effort will be made to refund amounts for genuine cases and you shall be refunded within 2-3 weeks after the event completion. You shall need to produce the proof of visa rejection letter if this happens.
